Therapy sessions are scheduled Monday through Thursday. Please be mindful the initial session can last between 1 to 2 hours in length; however, all future session are usually 50 minutes in length. The session fee is $200 and is due at the time of the service or the co-pay as required by your insurance company. If your insurance company is not listed below, the necessary paperwork will be provided to you should you choose to file your insurance. Visa, Mastercard, cash or personal check are accepted.
$200 per 50-minute session (individual). Clients must secure pre-approval prior to inviting other individuals (e.g., mates, siblings, parents, etc.) in the session to ensure confidentiality.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. The following insurances accepted:
Aetna Ambetter Amerigroup
BlueCross/BlueShield CareSource Cigna
Humana Peachstate Tricare
Wellcare Out of Network (will receive an invoice for your handling)
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Sliding Scale Fee
Sliding Scale fees must be preapproved.
Payment Options (due prior to starting the session):
Cash and all Major Credit cards accepted for payment.
If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the office to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to notify the office to cancel your appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
